Straight answers

Do my guys need to install anything?

No. It's a link. They open it in the phone's browser, log in with your company code and a 4-6 digit PIN, and tap "Add to Home Screen" so it sits on their phone like a regular app. Works on iPhone and Android.

My crew isn't good with technology.

If they can send a text, they can use this. The crew side is three things: see your jobs, tap the address for directions, hit the big Check In button. That's the whole job.

What happens after the free 30 days?

You pick a plan, or you don't. Nothing gets deleted either way — you just can't create new work until you subscribe. No surprise charges, because we never took a card to begin with.

Whose prices are in the price book?

Yours. Every company sets its own items and rates — we'll even help you load them when you start. Your pricing is your business, literally.

How many people can be on my crew?

As many as you want. Your whole crew is included — 5 people or 50, it's the same flat price. We never charge per person, unlike the big apps that bill you for every user.

What's the difference between Basic and AI?

Basic ($79) is the whole app — estimates, jobs, crew check-in, invoices, branded PDFs — plus a helper that builds your price list when you talk to it.
