Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you ("you", the business or person using the app) and CrewCommand, operated by [your legal business name / LLC] ("CrewCommand", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using CrewCommand you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What CrewCommand is

CrewCommand is software that helps contractors create estimates, run jobs, track crews, send invoices, and message their own customers. CrewCommand is a tool. We are not a contractor, we are not a party to any agreement between you and your customers, we do not perform any work, and we do not give legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for your work, your prices, your estimates and invoices, and your relationships with your customers.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business. Keep your information accurate and your password and crew PINs secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account.

3. Free trial & subscription

New accounts start with a 30-day free trial (no card required). After that, continued use requires a paid subscription ($79/month or $790/year, or the price shown at checkout). Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we don't store your full card details.

4. Your data

Your data is yours. You keep ownership of the estimates, jobs, invoices, price books, photos, and customer information you put into CrewCommand. You give us permission to store and process that data only to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you enter.

5. Your customers & messaging

When you use CrewCommand to text or email your customers (for example, to send an estimate, invoice, or review request), you are the sender. You represent that you have the necessary permission/consent to contact those customers, and you will honor opt-out requests (such as "STOP"). You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your messages, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM. You will not use CrewCommand to send spam or unlawful messages.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use CrewCommand for anything illegal, don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it, and don't use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

7. Availability & backups

We work to keep CrewCommand available and to back up data, but the service is provided "as is" and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own copies of anything important.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CrewCommand is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for your business decisions, the results you get, disputes with your customers, or the accuracy of amounts, taxes, or documents you create.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CrewCommand's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of CrewCommand, your content, your work, or your messages to your customers.

11. Termination

You can stop using CrewCommand and close your account anytime. We may suspend or end access for non-payment or violation of these Terms. You may request an export of your data for a reasonable period after closing.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, let you know. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, and any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Arizona.
